Job Description
Urgent requirement of Sales Operation Coordinator for leading Electrical Manufacturing industry in Banur, mohali.
Job Description :
· Sales Support, Documentation, Administration, and Office Management.
Sales Coordination
· Providing sales/ order processing support to the customers & resolving client queries & issues; building relationship with clients involving follow-up for approvals & payments; supervising teamâs progress, identifying shortcomings and motivating high performance among the team
· Driving business growth through identification and penetration of new market segments for attainment of periodical targets; attending promotional events and providing effective administrative support to Sales Team
Documentation /Â Database Management
· Performing sales activities like Quotations/Offers, Proforma Invoices, E1 Order Punching related to machines documentation and dispatches; managing the sales database in the master files in a proper manner; storing and sorting financial and non- financial data and presenting reports to the management
· Coordinating withSales& Service Personnel by managing schedules, filing important & confidential documents, preparing monthly reports and communicating relevant information; ensuring that documentation should adhere to laws & policies; maintaining regular attendance & leave records of all the sales personnel and keeping record of their daily field visits
Office Administration
· Executing all the administrative functions related to sales activities and office administration in the organization; timely processing of all orders with accuracy;coordinating with local suppliers for stationery, printers, water-supply, couriers on a regular basis; arranging the adequate supply of sales-related equipment or material
· Preparing the Spares Quotes & SPOâs whenever required; verifying the expense vouchers and sending the same to the Head Office after getting the same approved by Regional Manager; updating & sending Machines Shipment Review&Bank Collection on weekly basis
Customer Service
· Assessing feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & providing critical feedback on improvements; informing customers for unexpected delays or problems; responding to complaints from customers and forwarding the same to the Customer Support Department
Harmonizing with customers for informing them about outstanding payments &C- Forms and giving assistance to sales & service team for collection .
Candidate must be MBA With Min. 4 to 8 Years Experience in Similar.
